My husband and I were lucky to hire Chris for our interior remodel last month. He was responsive and professional through the process, and it turned out beautifully. Thank u !

DeBolt Construction designed and built my loft in Los Angeles. The space is truly one of a kind. The design is striking and immediately catches the eye of anyone who walks in. A three level loft with a unique mix of polished raw materials, iron, stainless steel, beautiful wood detailing, high ceilings, skylights, luxurious windows, a huge functional garage-door-wall in the living room (so cool!) leading out to a first floor patio for indoor/outdoor living, and incredible layout with an office on the second floor and massive airy bedroom (with additional patio!) on the top floor. It manages to feel modern and artistic, yet warm and homey at the same time.

Beyond aesthetics, it’s incredibly well-built. The structure feels solid and safe. Every detail feels thoughtful, and the layout makes the space both functional and uniquely inspiring to live in.

It’s hands-down the best space I’ve lived - comfortable, beautiful, safe/secure and built with care — a rare combination that speaks to the quality and vision of the construction team behind it.

DeBolt Construction built our guest house and remodeled three of our high end bathrooms. The attention to detail and quality of construction was fantastic. Highly recommend!!
